Terms of Use

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms apply to questionbank.dev (the “site”), which generates practice exams for study. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Independent practice material

The site is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the University of Toronto or any other school. Course codes and titles appear only to describe which topics a practice paper covers; they and any other trademarks belong to their owners.

Every question is original practice material written for this site. Papers are not past or upcoming exams and do not reflect what any instructor will set. Questions and answer keys are checked but may still contain mistakes, and the site makes no promise about coverage or results. Please report problems from the menu.

Academic integrity

Use the site to study. Do not use it during a test, quiz, exam or assignment, or in any other way your course or institution does not allow. You are responsible for following your institution’s rules.

What you may do with papers

  • Generate, download and print papers and answer keys for your own study.
  • Share a printed paper with your own study group.

You may not:

  • sell, republish or redistribute questions, papers or answer keys, in whole or in part;
  • download questions in bulk, scrape the site, or use its content to build another question bank or to train machine-learning models;
  • send automated requests beyond normal personal use, or try to disrupt or overload the site.

Access may be limited or blocked to protect the site.

Ownership

The questions, solutions, paper layouts and software are © 2026 questionbank.dev. All rights reserved except the personal use described above.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, questionbank.dev is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

The site, its content and these terms may change or be discontinued at any time. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept it.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions: [email protected].
